We offer 2 day/ Overnight shipping: Orders must be submitted by 12pm CDT. Orders placed after 12pm CDT will not be delivered next day.

We only ship packages during business days and DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, service interruptions, etc. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information/ updates. Please be sure all information is up to date and accurate when placing order to avoid any mishaps that may occur. We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments.

REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, all purchases are non-refundable and non exchangeable. When placing your order please make sure to carefully select the correct size, color, and product option before completing your purchase. If you're unsure about sizing or product details, feel free to reach out via email for sizing info prior to placing your order.

Condition: Every FlawLuxe order is inspected, carefully packaged, and checked by our team before shipping to ensure it leaves our facility in excellent condition. We take extra care with every package to help ensure a safe delivery. Once shipped, transit and handling are managed by the shipping carrier.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges

CLOTHING CARE

Maintenance: To keep your flawluxe sets in great condition. Machine wash cold water. Gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Use cool iron if needed.

Please be sure to read each product ingredients/ material to avoid any possible contraindications. Each item is used/wore at your own risk, we are not responsible for any mishaps that may occur.
